Liz and the other panelists shared insights on how to improve and engage employees to build a high-performing organization. Liz provided information about the culture fostered at DSC, including Our Promise to Employees.
Engaged employees drive innovation, growth and revenue, as shown by Gallup’s extensive research. A recent Gallup report notes a shift from traditional performance management practices to creating an ongoing dialogue about performance that is individualized to the needs and unique talents of each employee.
