Dave Bode, VP, Healthcare Solutions; Kevin Coleman, Senior VP, Customer Solutions; and Stephanie Maybore, Senior Director, Key Account Strategy, will participate in the LogiMed conference, March 7-9, in Austin, Texas. LogiMed is a medical device end-to-end global supply chain event that brings together supply chain heads from both the manufacturing and provider sides.
Kevin will take part in a panel discussion, “Fostering Stronger Collaborative Relationships Across the Supply Chain,” at 9:30 am on Day 2 of the conference. He and other senior leaders from Hanger, Inc., GEODIS and Medtronic will tackle the question of how to develop deeper relationships with partners to support business now and in the future. They will discuss ideas such as utilizing centralized distribution, supporting an expanding manufacturing footprint beyond BRIC markets, and new and upcoming opportunities for collaboration.
Also on Day 2, at 10:25 am, Dave will speak on “Partnership for Successful Product Launches and Improving Lifecycle Management,” presenting ideas for how supply chain organizations can elevate the importance of supply chain management in people’s minds, partner with R&D and commercial teams to deliver results and drive the go-to-market strategy in the most cost effective way. His topics will include determining appropriate consignment levels and adoption rate, determining how much safety stock to carry and what to use for initial shelf stock, and best practices for getting lifecycle management right.
