CJ Logistics America CFO Beth Wong has been selected as a Finalist for the 2022 Chicago CFO of the Year® Awards Program in the Large Private Company category.
Wong will be joined by other CJ Logistics America leaders at the awards ceremony, November 1 at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, where the award recipients in each category of public, private and not-for-profit companies will be announced.
As Chief Financial Officer, Wong partners with the CJ Logistics America executive team to lead the strategic direction of the company and is responsible for the company’s financial health, with a team of approximately 50 people. She advises senior management on strategic investments and financial matters and partners with the sales organization, ensuring the company’s strategy meets customers’ needs.
“I am honored to be selected as a finalist for this award,” Wong said. “And I’m proud to represent CJ Logistics America as we continue to evolve and grow our business.”
Wong has been in the accounting field for over 30 years. Previously at CJ Logistics America she was Vice President & Controller after holding prior Corporate Controller positions in the distribution and manufacturing sectors. She has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a CPA.
