The warehouse, with an existing workforce already in place, also includes controlled room temperature space, an advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) and is served by private heavyweight roads. It features five rail doors, 116 dock doors and 200 yard spots to support efficient logistics operations. As part of the nation’s largest inland port, we also operate an active Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) at this site which makes it ideally situated to support global trade.
