CCO discussed COVID-19 impacts, response on Colliers Logistics & Transportation Group Call

Kevin Coleman, Chief Customer Officer was one of the guest speakers from the supply chain field on an all-group internal call of Colliers International Logistics and Transportation Solutions Group on April 20.

The focus of the call was a high-level look at what’s happening in the 3PL world at this unsettled time, including how the industry’s supply of employees and truck drivers has been impacted by COVID-19 and what’s on the horizon in terms of recovery and restart.

Coleman discussed the activities of CJ Logistics America’s COVID-19 Steering Committee and the communications and protocols the company has instituted with positive results to date.
