Ann Drake leads roundtable at IWF World Leadership Conference

DSC Logistics CEO Ann Drake chaired a roundtable on leadership at the International Women’s Forum (IWF) 2016 World Leadership Conference, September 28, in Chicago.

During the roundtable, sponsored by Texas Instruments, Ann talked about her experiences in leading at the highest level, particularly when it comes to driving change and encouraging innovation. She discussed the challenges she’s faced and lessons she’s learned, and shared advice for the leaders in the room who aspire to do more in their careers.

Ann is the founder of the groundbreaking supply chain leadership initiative, AWESOME (Achieving Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain Operations, Management and Education). She is a 2014 recipient of the Women Who Make a Difference Award given by the IWF.

The International Women’s Forum is comprised of more than 6,000 women leaders in 33 countries and 74 forums around the world.
