At the BG Strategic Advisors Supply Chain Conference, January 24-26, at The Breakers, Palm Beach, Florida, Ann Drake participated on the opening panel, “2018 Outlook: What will the coming year hold for transportation and logistics?”
The panel, moderated by Ben Gordon, CEO, BG Strategic Advisors, included panelists Sid Brown, CEO, NFI; Rich McArdle, President, UPS Freight; and, Douglas Waggoner, Chairman & CEO, Echo Global Logistics.
Ann and the other panelists discussed what they expect this year and how companies can position themselves for growth and success. They considered factors such as government policy regulation and tax, the economy and emerging technology, and discussed how companies are changing their supply chain strategy.
