The current class in DSC’s Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) program will graduate in July. SCIL is DSC’s management development program focused on the development of future leaders.
Through 12 months of operational rotations, training and project work, the SCIL participants had the opportunity to discover each of the major segments of supply chain management, gain optimum understanding of DSC’s business and develop their leadership skills.
Experienced DSC employees guided the participants to help them develop both personally and professionally to meet exceptional standards of performance. SCIL graduates typically move to key roles in operations or other functional areas of the business. “We expect our SCIL graduates to continue excelling and growing with the organization,” said Angela Moustis, HR Director, Learning & Development, who oversees the SCIL program.
