CJ Logistics America is utilizing a spotter truck wrapped with an Autism Speaks special edition puzzle piece at one of its Illinois locations.
The wrap is sponsored by Coffman Truck Sales, Inc., the owner of the spotter and a CJ Logistics transportation partner, to raise autism awareness during World Autism Month in April, and to support Turning Pointe Autism Foundation, based in Naperville, Illinois. Coffman Truck will donate $100 a week from the normal rental fees for the life of the rental to Turning Pointe, a foundation creating best practice educational environments for students learning with autism spectrum disorder.
As a company committed to being a “business that benefits society,” CJ Logistics and its employees seek opportunities to help develop local communities. “Our employees feel deeply about community engagement and they are thrilled to be actively involved in such a wonderful cause,” said Doug Smith, Group General Manager, GNT, Asset-Based Transportation, for CJ Logistics. “We believe to give back to others is an important way to say ‘Thank You’ for all we have.”
