Sponsored by CJ Group based in South Korea, THE CJ CUP is being played in the Southeast region of the US for the first time this year. THE CJ CUP, Korea’s first official PGA TOUR tournament launched in 2017, was played for three years at Nine Bridges on Jeju Island, Korea. In 2020, due to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic the event was moved to the Las Vegas area, first at Shadow Creek Golf Course and then at The Summit Club in 2021.
CJ Logistics America will again be hosting customers for an exclusive experience as CJ leaders and customers watch THE CJ CUP action in the VIP Hospitality space or walk the course. Some will also be playing in the Pro-Am competition prior to the PGA TOUR event. “We are excited to once again be sharing this unique event with customers and our team members in the new location,” CEO Kevin Coleman said.
