Kevin Coleman is Co-CEO, collaborating with Co-CEO Sung Yup Suh to advance the company’s strategic plan and vision. Under the Co-CEO model, Kevin oversees company capabilities and business functions, including Operations, Strategic Partnerships, Business Development and Marketing Communications. In addition, Information Technology and Strategy have a dotted line reporting to him.

Kevin has been with the company for 20 years in various customer-facing roles, most recently as Chief Customer Officer and CEO, Canada. As CEO, Canada, Kevin led the strategy for regional growth and expansion of the company’s Canada-based operations, including warehousing, transportation and international freight forwarding. As CCO, Kevin was responsible for customer strategic partnerships, business development and emerging channels, supply chain solutions and analytics, supply chain consulting and marketing communications. In his capacity as CCO, Coleman drove the company’s vision for delivering customer value.

Over the past 20 years, Kevin has expanded the strategic partnership process, customer solutions capabilities and early adoption of emerging technologies that facilitate supply chain analysis and network design. He led the launch and growth of the company’s consulting services platform, the development of its robust network optimization capabilities, and the implementation of best-of-breed systems to visualize data in an actionable way for customers. Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant strategic growth.

Kevin joined the company in 2002 as Director, Strategic Partnerships and was promoted to roles of increasing responsibility including Senior Director, Customer Solutions in 2009 and Vice President, Customer Solutions in 2011. Kevin was promoted to senior vice president in 2016, to CCO in 2018 and to CEO, Canada in 2021. He spent eight years in consulting for TZA Associates, Oracle, MarchFIRST and Deloitte, working in supply chain strategy, technology and operational design. He has a BA from the University of Illinois.
