Stephen Morgan, Manager, Industrial Engineering, spoke on “Warehouse Labor Management Program Benefits” at FOCUS 2017, JDA’s annual global conference for retail and manufacturing professionals, April 25-28 in Las Vegas.
Steve’s presentation covered DSC’s utilization of JDA’s Warehouse Labor Management program to further develop a culture of accountability and continual improvement. He looked at how Engineered Labor Standards are used to build a Standard Time that is fair and attainable given average skill and comfortable pace to measure performance, administer accountability, pay incentive, and increase productivity while driving out cost.
