A key part of our success is based on our vigilance in monitoring and managing state and federal licensing and regulatory requirements.
DSC maintains Prescription Drug, Medical Device and Over-The-Counter (OTC) Drug Licensing through state regulatory agencies, as well as Drug Establishment and Device Establishment Registrations for the repackaging and relabeling of medical devices and OTC Drugs with the FDA. Managing a comprehensive list of State Licenses on behalf of healthcare customers, at present, we maintain required licenses for doing business in 47 states, including The District of Columbia, for each of our facilities handling healthcare products.
We are also pleased to announce that we recently had approved our VAWD reaccreditations for our facility in the Los Angeles market as well as the Southeast, and are in the process of obtaining accreditation for another facility on the West Coast.
