DSC Logistics’ Founder’s Day events celebrated the identity, history and future of the company, marking its founding as Dry Storage Corporation in 1960, re-founding as DSC Logistics in 1994 and joining with CJ Logistics in 2018.
The 2019 Founder’s Day theme, “Unlocking a Greater Potential,” recognized the future of DSC as a CJ Logistics company, The Global SCM Innovator, and introduced CJ’s OnlyOne management philosophy concept of striving to be first, best and different.
A video shared at over 50 locations across DSC’s nationwide network reflected on the company’s evolution, recognizing the contributions of the people who make up the company. It emphasized the excitement that DSC leaders have for the future of the company, having joined with CJ Logistics, and introduced the breadth of CJ Group’s industries, companies and services.
