Laura Adams, CJ Logistics America’s Vice President, TES (Technology, Engineering, Systems & Solutions) has once again been named as a winner by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive in their annual Women in Supply Chain Awards.

These awards honor female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship, and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network. Laura has previously won this award twice, in 2021 and 2023, and was named in the “Trailblazer” category of this year’s accolades. This category highlights female leaders with at least 10 years of industry experience who continue to pave the way for future females in logistics.

At CJ Logistics America, Laura has responsibility for the functional areas of Technology, Engineering, Solutions and Business Process Integration and provides leadership in the piloting and advancement of innovative end-to-end solutions fusing technology, automation, optimal processes and advanced analytics. Laura has cultivated a talented, high-performing team with leaders that collaborate to focus on supporting employees and driving customer value through greater efficiencies, process enhancement, and increased productivity in the company’s operations.

“Every year, this award continues to amaze me. But this year especially, it’s all about the quality of the submissions. These women are doing remarkable things for their communities, organizations, and teams, and are paving the way for future young female leaders to be a part of an industry that’s making a difference,” said Marina Mayer, Editor-in-Chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Co-Founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum. “This year’s applications were superb and made it next to impossible to just pick one winner. I’m so proud of these women and their achievements. We’re just getting started.”

All of this year’s award recipients will be honored at the Women in Supply Chain Forum, which is being held in Atlanta on November 12th and 13th.
