New class of college graduates begins DSC’s management development program

A new group of recent college graduates began DSC’s Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) management development program this summer.

The SCIL program, 12 months of operational rotations, training and project work, fosters the development of future leaders. Participants have the opportunity to discover each of the major segments of supply chain management, gain optimum understanding of DSC’s business and strengthen their leadership skills.

They are guided by their managers and mentors, experienced DSC employees, to meet exceptional standards of performance, developing both personally and professionally. SCIL graduates typically are offered key roles within operations and other areas of the business where they’re expected to continue excelling and growing with the organization.

The new SCIL class includes Calum Bishop, Lehigh University, Joliet 1 (DSC location); Davis Black, Ohio State University, West Jefferson; Zach Carey, Michigan State University, University Park; Connor Dipzinski, Michigan State University, San Bernardino; Eric Hawkinson, Lehigh University, Allentown 2; Claire James, Michigan State University, Transportation; Taylor Lyons, Iowa State University, Fairburn; Christopher Pak, Cal Poly, Fontana; Christopher Wang, University of Tennessee, University Park; Steven Wells, University of Illinois, Romeoville.
