An active FTZ, the 532,000 sf warehouse with 9,300 sf of controlled room temperature space is accessed by private heavyweight roads. It is fully racked with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and a ready workforce in place. There are five rail doors, 116 dock doors and 200 yard spots. From this location, 26% of the US population can be accessed within two days.
On the West Coast near the Port of Oakland, the Tracy, CA, location is at the intersection of I-580 and I-205. The 404,000 sf warehouse has 10,700 sf of controlled room temperature space and 1,300 sf dedicated to VAS. The food-grade facility has a 24-hour gated drop lot and ESFR sprinkler. A ready workforce and systems and equipment are in place. There are 94 dock doors and 190 yard spots.
