Dale Carpenter, DSC Logistics Vice President, Transportation, participated in a panel presentation at the recent MercuryGate User Conference in New Orleans.
In the session, “Getting to the Next Phase of the Implementation,” Dale, Matt Clark, Director of Transportation at Continental Logistics, and Geoff Milsom, Director, enVista, a supply chain consulting and IT services firm and primary integrator of MercuryGate TMS, addressed the topic of extending the value of MercuryGate’s Transportation Management System (TMS) post-implementation. Dale and Matt discussed their experiences as MercuryGate TMS users partnering with a consultant on additional implementation phases, integration, process change and improvement of the tool.
Following this conference, DSC Logistics hosted a Transportation Technology Summit for DSC’s transportation technology partners including MercuryGate, enVista and other companies who use MercuryGate.
