Mona Mounts, Senior Director, Employee Relations at DSC will join the Board of Directors of the Georgia Employers’ Association. DSC has operations in Jefferson, Atlanta, Fairburn and McDonough, Georgia.
Mona joined DSC in 2005 and was named to her current position in 2012. Responsible for network-wide employee relations initiatives and the field HR team, she has provided leadership for the development and implementation of strategic human resources practices across the DSC network. She has MBA and BBA degrees from Mercer University, Macon, Georgia.
The Georgia Employers’ Association (GEA) is a private, non-profit association supporting the interests of Georgia business. Membership includes more than 200 companies from the manufacturing, service and financial sectors. The GEA provides training, consulting services and resources including legal and regulatory information, recruiting assistance and HR services.
