Chairman & CEO Ann Drake spoke recently at the annual meeting of Paradigm for Parity (P4P), a coalition of leading women CEOs, senior executives, founders, board members and business academics who are working toward gender equity in corporate leadership by 2030.
Ann shared her thoughts on the impact of collaboration, networking with a purpose and the advancement of women’s leadership to create stronger, more innovative companies within supply chain in her presentation, “Lessons from Supply Chain Leadership.”
Ann is a charter member of P4P, and she is the Founder of AWESOME (Achieving Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain Operations, Management and Education), a community that has grown to include more than 1000 senior supply chain women leaders.
