DSC Logistics announces the promotion of Daniel Harms to Senior Vice President, Operations

Daniel Harms has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations. In this role, Daniel will continue to have responsibility for a growing network of strategic partner customer operations and is co-leading a key WMS technology implementation project.

Daniel joined DSC in 2002 as a participant in DSC’s SCIL (Successful Careers in Logistics) program, which provides rotational and cross-functional management training for graduates from universities with leading supply chain disciplines. Upon completion of the SCIL program, Daniel began as an entry-level operations manager and was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility over the years; he was named General Manager in 2010, Group General Manager in 2013 and Vice President in 2016. Daniel has a BS in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Georgia State University.
