    Kevin Coleman is CEO of CJ Logistics America. With a strategic design-to-execution mindset, a passion for creating customer value, and a belief that employee experience creates the customer experience, Kevin oversees all of CJ Logistics America’s integrated supply chain management capabilities, value chain expansion areas, and business functions.

    Kevin has been with the company for 20 years in various customer-facing roles, most recently as Chief Customer Officer and CEO, Canada. He has driven the company’s vision for delivering strategic partnerships and early adoption of emerging technologies to enable supply chain analysis and network design. He led the launch and growth of the company’s consulting services platform, the development of its robust network optimization capabilities, the implementation of best-of-breed systems, and the evolution of BI and data visualization. Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant strategic growth.

    Kevin joined the company in 2002 as Director, Strategic Partnerships and was promoted to roles of increasing responsibility including Senior Director, Customer Solutions in 2009 and Vice President, Customer Solutions in 2011. Kevin was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2016, to CCO in 2018, to CEO, Canada in 2021 and to CEO in 2022. He spent eight years in consulting for TZA Associates, Oracle, MarchFIRST and Deloitte, working in supply chain strategy, technology and operational design. He has a BA from the University of Illinois.

    Youngho Ko is Chief Strategic Growth Officer. Youngho is responsible for driving the management and execution of various strategic initiatives in alignment with CJ Logistics’ headquarters in South Korea. He also is tasked with uncovering future growth opportunities across all of North America, including Mexico and Canada.

    Youngho has been with CJ Logistics for more than a decade, with his most previous role being Head of M&A. Prior to that, he served in other capacities related including global integration, global business planning and development, and growth strategy analysis. Before CJ Logistics, Youngho was with APL Logistics as a business development manager. Youngho has a MBA in Strategic Management from Aston University, Birmingham, England.

    Brad Nuffer is COO with responsibility for NAFF Operations, WM Operations, TM Operations, PMO and Brokerage. Brad focuses on collaborative partnerships and advanced uses of technology to lead the expansion of CJ Logistics capabilities and solutions.

    Previously, as Senior Vice President, Brad was responsible for developing and leading the Transportation Management team, delivering exceptional service to our customers, driving continual improvement initiatives and leading transformation activities. Brad joined the company in 2006 as a SCIL (Successful Careers In Logistics) participant and was promoted to manage warehouse operations in 2008. He relocated in 2009 to lead the company’s on-site operations for a large consumer goods customer, playing a key role with responsibility for distribution center operations and an extensive 4PL network.

    Brad was promoted to Senior Manager, LLP Effectiveness in 2012, to Director, LLP Effectiveness in 2014 and to Senior Director in 2016 as he continued to expand our Lead Logistics Partner responsibilities with our strategic partner customers. He was named VP, Operations with responsibility for Transportation in 2019. Brad has a BA in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.

    Min Seo is Chief Financial Officer. Min partners with the executive team to lead the strategic direction of the company and manages and assesses the company’s financial health. Min is responsible for leading and directing the company’s financial and accounting functions, including accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, risk management, treasury, pricing, tax, forecasting and planning, operational reporting and internal audit. He advises senior management on strategic investments and financial matters.

    In his prior role, beginning in 2022, Min was Head of Finance in Quantum Jump Task Force, responsible for reviewing the governance structure in North America and building the strategy to establish the foundation of sustainable growth. At CJ Logistics Corporation, Min was the leader of the Treasury and Accounting/Tax teams from 2019-2022. Before CJ Logistics, Min held Finance leadership positions at Hyundai Capital Service, Hana Financial Group and Hankook Tire. Min has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Korea University, Seoul, Korea, and an MBA from York University, Toronto, Canada.

    Chandra leads our IT team, overseeing technology strategy, systems, and architecture.

    With over 25 years of technology leadership experience across the supply chain, retail, and healthcare industries, Chandra specializes in partnering with executive teams to modernize organizations and drive business growth. Prior to joining CJ Logistics America, Chandra held senior technology leadership roles at Rite Aid, UnitedHealth Group, Walgreens, and CVS Health. His extensive background spans enterprise-scale digital transformation, AI and data strategy, operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and M&A integration. He has a proven track record of leading technology that supports supply chain and distribution operations—including warehouse management systems (WMS), automation, and fulfillment platforms—to drive greater efficiency and throughput across complex networks.

    Chandra earned a Master of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Memphis, and an MBA from DeVry University. He is committed to building organizations grounded in trust, accountability, continuous learning, and customer focus, and believes the best technology organizations create business value by enabling growth, innovation, and exceptional customer experiences.

    Laura Adams is Head of the Project Management Office. She has responsibility for the functional areas of Technology, Engineering, Solutions and Business Process Integration and provides leadership in the piloting and advancement of innovative end-to-end solutions fusing technology, automation, optimal processes and advanced technology. Laura’s work focuses on delivering greater efficiencies, process enhancement and increased productivity in the operations. She oversees the Business Process Integration (BPI) functional team, which collaboratively leads implementations and integrations significant in size, scope and complexity. She serves as a member of the Executive Team and co-leads the Technology Steering Committee.

    In previous roles, Laura has led the design of innovative supply chain solutions that bring strategic value to CJ Logistics’ customers and prospective customers. She has had responsibility for guiding the Solutions team in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operationally and financially sound solutions. She has been a key contributor to the company’s sustainability initiatives and previously had shared responsibility for leading the Strategic Partnership Council (SPC).

    Laura joined the company in 2006 as Supply Chain Analyst and has since served as Manager, Supply Chain Excellence and Senior Manager, Supply Chain Solutions. She was promoted to Director in 2013, to Senior Director in 2016 and to Vice President in 2021. Previously, she worked for Lucent Technologies as Engineering Project Manager and Customer Relationship Manager and was a graduate associate with The Walt Disney Company. Laura has a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

    Clem Alulis is Head of Warehousing. In this role, he oversees the operation of all distribution centers throughout the company network and focuses on maximizing value for customers.

    Clem has been with CJ Logistics more than two decades, beginning his career in our Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) program. He most recently served as the Vice President, Operations overseeing several customer networks. He has also been responsible for continuous improvement throughout the business. Clem has a BS in Logistics Management from Penn State University and a MBA from DeSales University.

    Tony Chon serves as the Vice President of Forwarding at CJ Logistics, overseeing the company’s strategic forwarding operations and supply chain growth across North America. Since joining CJ in early 2004, Tony has been instrumental in scaling the company’s infrastructure, driving operational excellence, and expanding its footprint in key commercial gateways.

    Taking the helm of the Forwarding division in February 2024, Tony currently directs operations centered around three vital U.S. logistics hubs: Secaucus (NJ), Rancho Dominguez (SoCal), and Chicago (IL). His leadership focuses on optimizing end-to-end supply chain flows and enhancing service capability in these high-volume freight corridors.

    Tony holds a B.S. in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University. Combining rigorous academic foundation with two decades of hands-on industry leadership, his mission remains clear: to seamlessly integrate CJ’s global network with deep local market intelligence, delivering world-class logistics solutions for global business partners.

    Sam Sharp is Executive Vice President, Customer Development (CD). He has responsibility for the Business Development (BD) and Strategic Partnership (SP) teams.

    Sam leads the BD team with a focus on the expansion of new customer relationships. He is accountable for the BD team’s strategy and execution, working closely with all functions to develop integrated supply chain solutions that deliver value to customers and help them achieve their goals.

    Leading the SP team, Sam has responsibility for the CJ Logistics Partnership Process, a joint framework and system that enables the dialogue, planning and continual improvement progress required to achieve customer business goals. He guides the SP team in working closely with all company functional areas to provide customers with high-performing operations, innovative thinking and collaborative partnership experiences, developing strategies to optimize and actualize customers’ supply chain performance enhancements. Under his guidance, the SP team champions customers within CJ Logistics, aligning the appropriate resources toward customer needs and projects.

    Sam has over 20 years of company experience in operations and customer roles, and has worked closely with many strategic customers as Vice President, Strategic Partnerships. He began his CJ Logistics career as an intern in Allentown, Pennsylvania, in 2001. After completing the SCIL (Successful Careers in Logistics) program in 2002, Sam held operational roles of increasing responsibility, including Logistics Manager I; Manager of Process Improvement and Training; Logistics Manager II, where he led a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) activation; Logistics Manager III; Senior Manager, Customer Development; General Manager, Operations and Director, SP. He returned to CJ Logistics as Senior Director, SP, from Suddath, where he served as Senior Vice President of Contract Logistics for the Global Logistics Division.

    He has a BS in Supply Chain & Information Systems from the SMEAL College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.

    Verlyn Suderman serves as a Strategic Advisor, advancing our CEO's key initiatives. In his 25+ years with CJ Logistics, Verlyn has been involved in numerous aspects of our business and has led our real estate, pricing, human resources, legal, and account management functions. These wide-ranging experiences have positioned him well to move strategic projects forward through cross-functional coordination and facilitation.
     
    Verlyn has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a JD from DePaul University College of Law, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
