Careers at CJ Logistics

From the warehouse floor to the corner office, every role here moves something forward. Find where you fit across our North American network.

Terry Glynn: One of the things I like best about the culture at CJ is the way we can interact with each other. It's not a company that wears a lot of visible stripes.

Tim Mahoney: Everyone's opinion matters when faced with a challenge, or just talking about work or life. We respect each other's opinion, which is a big part of what we do.

Jay Amos: I've been here 27 years, so to me, a lot of the people that I work around now are like a family. That's what I like about the culture here—I feel like this is a family.

Jimmy Houser: It's not just a place to come and work for eight hours; it's a place that you can come, make friends, and enjoy your time.

Michelle Urbina: I never feel silly asking a question, and I'm able to find the resources that I need without that hesitation that someone might turn away, which really helps. It's been really great working here.

Doug Smith: From the people standpoint, we develop our own from inside the company.

John O'Callaghan: The culture at CJ is open and inviting. It allows folks with different backgrounds and opportunities to express themselves and find their fit.

Mike Bates: We don't sacrifice the growth of our people to grow the business. We're doing both at the same time, and I think that's a great thing.

Mark Guarracino: There's an environment here that fosters individual improvement, and I feel like I have a voice that is not only heard, but listened to.

Ibrahim Ijale: One of the highlights for my team is that we do have a very diverse team on the BI team. My manager is from Pakistan, I'm originally from Nigeria, my two coworkers are from Russia, and one is from Hong Kong. So we joke around and say we have a very diverse team—I think the only continent we don't have representation from is Australia!
