CJ Logistics America is excited to welcome THE CJ CUP PGA TOUR Event back to the United States. THE CJ CUP @ SUMMIT, with a limited field of 78 players in a no-cut format, will be held at The Summit Club in Las Vegas, October 14-17. Last year’s event, won by Jason Kokrak, was held at Shadow Creek in Las Vegas.

THE CJ CUP @ SUMMIT is sponsored by the CJ Group, a global lifestyle company based in South Korea. CJ’s global food brand, Bibigo, will serve as the main sponsor this year. Played annually since 2017 at The Club @ Nine Bridges on Jeju Island, Korea, the event will be played in the US again due to COVID-19 safety considerations.

“Considering the circumstances, we believed it was a logical decision to host the event in the US and continue the global expansion of our global food brand, Bibigo,” said Wookho Kyeong, vice president of CJ Cheiljedang Corporation in a press release. “CJ will also continue to serve as a bridge for golf in Korea, providing Korean players with the opportunity to realize their dreams on the PGA TOUR.”

CJ Logistics sponsors golfers Si Woo Kim (winner of The American Express 2021), Sung Kang (winner of the 2019 AT&T Byron Nelson), Sungjae Im (The Honda Classic 2020 winner), Byeong-Hun An and Kyoung-Hoon Lee (2021 AT&T Byron Nelson winner).

“We are proud to welcome THE CJ CUP back to the United States.” said Kevin Coleman, Chief Customer Officer of CJ Logistics America. “We look forward to sharing this unique event with customers and our team members, whether they are watching in person or on television.”

The [logistics center] team has always gone above & beyond in ensuring our ability to service our customers comes first. The team has always far exceeded the expectations of partnership between our companies.
