CJ Logistics America VP of TES (Technology, Engineering, Systems & Solutions) Laura Adams has been named a recipient of the 2023 Women in Supply Chain award by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. The award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and examples set a foundation for women in all levels of a company’s supply chain network.
As Vice President of TES, Adams has responsibility for the functional areas of Technology, Engineering, Solutions (TES) and Business Process Integration and provides leadership in the piloting and advancement of innovative end-to-end solutions fusing technology, automation, optimal processes and advanced technology. Her work focuses on delivering greater efficiencies, process enhancement and increased productivity in operations.
Adams joined the company in 2006 as Supply Chain Analyst and, following roles of increasing responsibility, was named Vice President in 2021. She has led the design of innovative supply chain solutions that bring strategic value to CJ Logistics’ customers and has been a key contributor to the company’s sustainability initiatives. Adams has a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Award recipients will be honored at the Women in Supply Chain Forum, Nov. 14-15 in Atlanta.
