Anyone who has worked with CJ Logistics America knows the company does more than one thing well. Transportation, warehousing and fulfillment, cold chain, international freight forwarding, consulting — the portfolio is broad, and until now, it wasn't always easy to see how it all fit together in one place. That's the gap the company's newly redesigned website, cjlogisticsamerica.com, was built to close.
The rebuilt site trades a patchwork of pages for a single, streamlined experience. Navigation is simpler, page flow is more intuitive, and for the first time, customers can move fluidly between service lines instead of hunting through separate sections. A customer who already works with CJLA on warehousing, for instance, can now discover and evaluate capabilities like brokerage or cold chain in just a couple of clicks.
That ease extends to some of the site's newest features. A dedicated Safety page gives customers and prospects a direct, referenceable look at CJLA's safety performance. The Network page turns the company's footprint across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico into an interactive map, replacing what used to require a custom slide or a phone call. And a new Resource Hub collects case studies, insights, and educational content in one searchable place — useful whether someone is deep in a sales conversation or just starting to research the company.
Behind the scenes, the site runs on a modern, unified platform, which means updates now go live faster and outdated information gets corrected quickly. Search has also been rebuilt to work well both for people typing into the site directly and for the AI-powered search tools more buyers are starting to use.
Job seekers get their own upgrade. The redesigned Careers page lets candidates filter openings by role type — Operations, Transportation, Drivers, or Corporate — and features a dedicated page for CJLA's Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) program, a leadership development track built for college graduates entering the supply chain field. Later this year, multi-language support will roll out across the site, extending that same clarity to teammates, partners, and customers who aren't native English speakers.
"Our customers and partners deserve a clear, comprehensive view of everything we can do for them, and our future employees deserve the same," said Kevin Coleman, CEO of CJ Logistics America. "This website reflects who we are today. The redesign gives everyone a faster, more transparent way to see the full breadth of what CJ Logistics America offers."
The new site is live now at cjlogisticsamerica.com, open to customers, job seekers, and carrier partners alike.
