With a 6-under 66 in a wet final round Sunday, Kyoung-Hoon Lee won his first PGA TOUR title at the AT&T Byron Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch. He finished at 25 under with rounds of 65-65-67-66 in his 80th career start. The 29-year-old golfer, sponsored by CJ Logistics, is in his third full season on the PGA TOUR.
With this win, Lee, who said he was determined to stay “patient and positive” despite the steady downpour and two-hour weather delay, will be in the field at the PGA Championship next week. His win gives him fully-exempt status through the 2022-23 PGA TOUR season.
Lee’s victory marks back-to-back AT&T Byron Nelson tournament wins for CJ Logistics-sponsored golfers. Sung Kang was the defending champion, having won in 2019.
