CJ Logistics America has yet again been named as a Top Company for Women to Work in Transportation by the Women in Trucking Association (WIT). This recognition will be highlighted in WIT’s Redefining the Road magazine and promotes the accomplishments of logistics companies that are focused on the employment of women in the trucking industry. According to Brian Everett, Group Publisher & Editorial Director of Redefining the Road, Women in Trucking distinguishes companies based on the following factors: a corporate culture that fosters gender diversity, competitive compensation and benefits, flexible hours and work requirements, professional development opportunities, and career advancement opportunities.
After the companies were nominated, they were voted on by more than 21,000 professionals in transportation – including executive management, operations, safety, HR/talent management executives, and professional drivers. Our organization will be formally recognized for this award at WIT’s 2024 Accelerate! Conference, which takes place on November 9 in Dallas, Texas.
