CJ Logistics America Hosting at THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson

CJ Group will once again sponsor THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson golf tournament in 2025, which takes place at the TPC Craig Ranch golf course in McKinney, Texas, from May 1-4. This event will feature 138 golfers and a $9.9 million prize purse.

THE CJ CUP, which launched in 2017, was South Korea’s first officially-sanctioned PGA Tour tournament. After three years of play at the Nine Bridges private golf club on Jeju Island, the event was moved to America in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tournament has been hosted in the United States ever since.

This year’s tournament continues a decade-long title sponsor partnership of the Byron Nelson that began in 2024. CJ Logistics sponsors a number of PGA Tour players who will participate, including Sungjae Im, Byeong Hun An, Si-Woo Kim, and Kris Kim. Another CJ Logistics-sponsored golfer, Kyoung-Hoon Lee, won the Byron Nelson tournament in 2021 and 2022.

CJ Logistics America will host customers and partners at the event, which attracts 200,000 spectators every year. They will enjoy a VIP hospitality experience, with some having the opportunity to play in the Pro-Am competition prior to the PGA Tour event.

Spectators can also stop by the “House of CJ” along the 18th hole fairway next to the fan shop. This attraction will showcase CJ Group and various aspects of Korean culture, including entertainment from CJ ENM, food from bibigo and Tous les Jours, and Olive Young beauty products.
