Attracting, developing, and retaining high-quality talent is critical for supply chain providers to compete and deliver the best service and outcomes for their customers. To fulfill that need, CJ Logistics developed the Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) program nearly four decades ago.
This unique year-long program recruits recent college graduates from around the country who have an interest in the supply chain industry. These individuals are then given the opportunity to rotate through different departments within CJ Logistics to learn about and gain firsthand experience of every aspect of the logistics industry, including warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding.
Angela Garcia, Director, Organizational Capabilities & Development, and Anthony Salazar, Manager, Leadership Development, recently contributed an article about the SCIL program for TD Magazine.
