CJ Logistics America has always placed a high value on investing in and developing its employees. The company’s Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) program is a distinct example of this effort, offering highly-competent college graduates interested in working in the supply chain industry the opportunity to explore leadership development through the company’s warehousing, transportation, and corporate operations. This 12 month training program, which has been around for more than 30 years, is dedicated to developing future leaders within CJ Logistics America.
Angela Garcia and Anthony Salazar, leaders of CJ Logistics America’s Organizational Capabilities and Development team, will be hosting a session on the company’s SCIL program at Learning Guild’s upcoming Learning Leaders Conference in Orlando, Florida.
This session, “College Grad to C-Suite: Developing Programs That Evolve with Your Organization,” will take place on Friday, December 6, from 8-9 a.m. In this presentation they will provide more details on CJ Logistics America’s SCIL program and how it has helped the company become a leader in the supply chain industry. They will also share best practices for maintaining and adapting a management trainee program, implementing effective tools to develop leaders throughout their career growth, and engaging your senior leadership team in the development of future leaders.
