DSC Logistics has received a 2017 Green Supply Chain Award from Supply & Demand Chain Executive(SDCE). This annual award recognizes companies making green or sustainability a core part of their supply chain strategy and working to achieve measurable sustainability goals within the global supply chain. The award also recognizes providers of supply chain solutions and services assisting their customers in achieving measurable sustainability goals.
This year’s 10th-annual award recognizes small, mid-size and large enterprises that leveraged green practices and solutions to further drive sustainable improvements in their supply chain. “Honorees for this year’s award demonstrate that corporate social responsibility is a business imperative that transcends the company and extends throughout the supply chain, involving suppliers and customers,” said John R. Yuva, editor for Supply & Demand Chain Executive. “Our honorees serve as role models for supply chains globally to expand their CSR reach and impact.”
