In the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Maria, DSC Logistics and StarKist teams acted to help those in need in Puerto Rico. StarKist donated 131,000 servings of the highest quality tuna to hurricane victims, following a request from Luis Fortuno, the former governor of Puerto Rico, to StarKist CEO Andrew Choe.

Laura Adams, Senior Director, Supply Chain Solutions, recently spoke to an undergraduate class at University of Illinois Chicago. In the introductory transportation engineering class taught by Assistant Professor Bo Zou, students are learning about fundamentals in transportation planning, systems analysis and traffic flows.
