CJ Logistics America is proud to announce the successful graduation of the 2025-26 cohort from the Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) program. The newest graduates, Carly Crowl, Kyle Busiel, Bryson Miller, and Chase Dehlin (not pictured) were recognized for their hard work, leadership, and professional growth.
For over 30 years, the SCIL program has served as a cornerstone of our talent development strategy, transforming high-potential individuals into future industry leaders. The rigorous 12-18 month track provides participants with immersive, hands-on experience across the entire supply chain platform, including warehouse operations, transportation management, and corporate strategy.
Throughout this yearlong journey, these graduates have not only learned the nuances of our industry but have actively contributed to our mission as a global SCM innovator.
