Ed leads the company’s strategy, the implementation of strategic initiatives and the development of key leaders of the future. He has executive oversight of the company’s capabilities development and management, sales and marketing, customer operations, technology infrastructure and security, human capital and talent, and financial performance.
Ed joined the company as Senior Vice President, Customer Strategy in 2015 with responsibility for key customer relationships; under his leadership, the company advanced its Strategic Partnership framework, focusing on delivery of value to customers through cross functional engagement and commitment to shared objectives.
Previously, Ed was Senior Global Director of Global Product Supply at Kimberly-Clark, where he led global supply chain transformation initiatives and large-scale operating and manufacturing facilities. During his career at K-C, Ed worked extensively with key customers, distributors and 3PLs to drive innovative operational improvements. An established Lean change leader, Ed integrated North American business strategies with expansion plans in developing countries to enable global growth, and drove enhancements in supply chain capabilities, business performance and customer satisfaction.
Ed has a BS in Packaging Engineering and Logistics from Michigan State University. He was named a 2020 Provider Pro to Know in the supply chain industry by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine.
