Terry Glynn: One of the things I like best about the culture at CJ is the way we can interact with each other. It's not a company that wears a lot of visible stripes.

Jay Amos: I've been here 27 years, so to me, a lot of the people that I work around now are like a family. That's what I like about the culture here—I feel like this is a family.

Ibrahim Ijale: One of the highlights for my team is that we do have a very diverse team on the BI team. My manager is from Pakistan, I'm originally from Nigeria, my two coworkers are from Russia, and one is from Hong Kong. So we joke around and say we have a very diverse team—I think the only continent we don't have representation from is Australia!
