Warehouse space is available in Glendale, AZ. CJ Logistics currently operates in one half of the building with access to the **331,686 SF** of available space remaining.

The property is in the **Southwest Valley**, one of the most desired industrial locations in the Phoenix Metro area due to the [logistical](https://america.cjlogistics.com/solutions/#integrated-supply-chain) and [transportation](https://america.cjlogistics.com/solutions/#transportation) ease of freeways and interstates.

With its strategic location, the property provides easy access to major cities and the ports on the West Coast. The 331,686 square feet of available space includes 2,671 square feet of spec office space and can be customized to fit an occupant’s needs; the lot size is 76 acres. There are 216 trailer storage stalls. The concrete truck courts have a minimum depth of 200 feet.

Southwest Valley leads the Phoenix Metro in [warehouse](https://america.cjlogistics.com/solutions/#warehousing-and-fulfillment) space with 4.8 million SF, with nearly 2 million SF of the space absorbed by large national retailers and distributors. [Job growth](https://jobs.jobvite.com/cjlogisticsamerica/search?c=&l=Glendale,%20AZ&q=) in the region has increased by 40% since the 303 freeway was built. Population in the area is projected to reach 2.1 million by 2023, with 62 percent of the population workforce age. The state of Arizona ranks fifth lowest in property taxes.
