CJ Logistics America has been named a 2026 “Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking”
by Redefining the Road, the official magazine of the Women In Trucking Association (WIT).
This recognition highlights transportation and logistics companies committed to recruiting and
retaining women across the supply chain. It marks the third consecutive year we have earned a
spot on this list.
The selection evaluates companies on direct workplace standards. Key criteria include a
corporate culture that fosters gender diversity, competitive compensation and benefits, flexible
schedules, and clear opportunities for professional development. More than 18,000 transportation
professionals validated the finalists in an industry-wide vote. Voters included professionals in
transportation, including drivers, operations staff, and executive leadership.
“Being recognized as one of the Top Companies for Women to Work in Trucking reflects a
genuine, organization-wide commitment to creating a workplace where women can build
meaningful, successful careers while helping companies strengthen their workforce and business
performance,” said Brian Everett, group publisher and editorial director of Redefining the Road
magazine.
WIT will recognize the CJ Logistics America and the other top companies on Tuesday, October
27 at the 2026 Accelerate! Conference and Expo in Dallas, Texas, and they will also be
highlighted in Edition 3 of
